海洋生物鉴定苦苦找不到鉴定资料？不如来看看这个网站... ! f2 D, y- d$ A$ A: W
海洋物种鉴定门户网站是KeyToNature项目下的一个计划。该网站提供了开放获取的有关海洋物种的一些科学信息，包括鉴定检索表，以支援科学界开展生物监测计划等活动，并为学生及其他有关团体提供有关海洋生物多样性的常见资料。 % _1 k& P8 g1 g* q0 x# I/ y" Q
该门户提供了9900种海洋物种和5553种高等分类单元的信息，其中大部分有文字描述以及一幅或多幅插图。52个鉴定检索表中共编制了7941个分类群。此外，18850个异名词加上2782个英语方言名字，并有其他25种语言的8389个名字以便于搜索。 本文介绍的信息是在联合国教科文组织的支持下，由一个全球分类学家合作网络历时10年汇编而成的。目前包括31个物种记录项目；关于作者和其他贡献者的信息可以在菜单项“Credits”下找到。大多数项目也可在ETI世界生物多样性数据库系列中出版的光盘上获得。多年来，许多科学家和用户敦促我们也提供这些数据的网络访问。本文介绍的信息和鉴定系统是用可从ETI网站下载的林奈II分类数据管理包（Linnaeus II taxonomic data management package）构建的。
